Russell Mills is a marketing and communications professional with 27 years experience in tourism, events, hospitality, media and creative industries. Russell has extensive expertise and experience in destination marketing and has held senior management roles responsible for strategic planning, business development, media relations, marketing communications and developing private and public sector partnerships in Australia, the United Kingdom, Western Europe and Asia.

Russell’s areas of qualification and specialisation are in business administration and planning, marketing strategy development, training and business mentoring, workforce development, copywriting, corporate communications and media relations. With a portfolio of published work as a freelance writer in travel and music publications, Russell maintains a passion for the written word in all its forms. 

Michelle (Mikey) Silberman has worked in the tourism industry in a marketing capacity for more than 15 years. Her tourism marketing experience includes an international post with Tourism Australia as Media and Marketing Manager in the USA, an International Media Relations consultant with Tourism New South Wales and Marketing Director for Sydney Monorail. Michelle has an extensive and deep knowledge of the tourism industry and shines like a diamond when it comes to establishing and nurturing fruitful relationships and tuning into the needs of our clients with uncanny instinct.  Mikey currently manages industry services and partnerships for our clients at Central Coast Council.

Renae Denny’s  passion for project and events management have driven her career success in sales and marketing in the tourism and corporate events industry.

Having worked with clients including Renault, The Laneway Group and Tourism Australia, Renae deals with deadlines and rapidly changing environments with grace and efficiency.

An innovative, lateral thinker, Renae communicates, analyses and applies a forensic level of attention to detail to our projects, leaving no stone unturned to find solutions that improve outcomes for clients.

Harry Patchett’s creativity, energy and innate understanding of communicating through digital media are a potent mix in creating and managing digital and social media strategies that have measurable effect.  Harry has lead digital campaigns for brands including Piping Hot, Rhino Rack and conservation organisation Take 3 for the Sea. Harry is currently working with Surfer Rosa Communications on Take 3 for Byron, a campaign providing tourists with practical ways to counter the impacts of plastic pollution on coastal environments.
